Ice Cream Shaman “Coconut Glen” has been blending magical flavors and healing elixirs into his creamy coconut vegan ice cream since 2008. He quit the high-pressured life of an executive chef and left Boston for Maui with a backpack, a guitar, and a dream to live farther from stress and closer to nature.

Through his medicinal plant-based remedies, wisdom of flavors and passion for healthy living, Coconut Glen has created a product that not only elevates your taste buds, but also your spirit.

With a vibe straight from Woodstock and a Wonka-like whimsy, Glen is the Pied Piper of coconut ice cream, with loyal followers from all over the globe making the pilgrimage along the road to Hana in Maui to delight in his truly elevated ice cream experience.
